Transaction E-Pins Limited (a Jamaican subsidiary of Facey Group) was created in
2008 with the purchase of existing infrastructure from Management Control Systems
“MCS”. TEPL is the electronic distribution arm of Facey Telecom and is the largest
distributor of electronic airtime for all major telecommunications providers. We have
conceived and launched prepaid distribution networks in every DIGICEL market and
currently operate platforms in 14 markets for DIGICEL & FLOW/CWC.
We have a mandate to deliver services to the underserved in the region through our
distribution network by working with Partners in telecommunication, utility &
commerce.
